📦 Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 3-4 days of delivery.

• Conditions: Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Non-returnable items: Customized/personalized products, perishable goods, or items marked as Final Sale.

🔄 Exchange

• Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

💸 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective/damaged.

• For prepaid returns, we’ll provide a return shipping label.
